The BAI will shortly be looking for quotes for IT support services. The BAI is a small organisation with about forty staff and we have no dedicated IT staff. Our infrastructure is Cloud-based and is managed by a third party provider. We will be looking for a supplier to manage operational IT, manage third party suppliers and provide phone and on-site support.
