The Broadcasting Authority of Ireland has a key role in developing and supporting the broadcasting sector in Ireland. There are currently a range of supports and initiatives in place, through which BAI fulfills this role.

This section of the web-site details current initiatives, and provides details of where funding support is available. The BAI’s development and support role will continue to change and evolve, in tandem with the needs of the sector and in light of the BAI’s additional responsibilities under the Broadcasting Act, 2009.
